I am so grateful for this challenge. It has given me more focus and preparation for a healthy physical & mental routine. Day 1 was the hardest because I had to decide to START AT START simply. TLC gave me all the resources, so what stopped me from moving my body and nurturing my mind. Because my mental health is the most important for me, I made a decision to GO HARD EVERY DAY AS IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT!
